Supporting Multi-Frequency or MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) Systems

Troll's dual-polarized antennas, contain both horizontal and vertical polarizations in a single, lightweight aircraft rated package. The antennas are available in S and C bands.

Dual-polarized antennas maximize MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) radio performance. By providing orthogonal RF paths the dual-stream capability of a MIMO radio can be realized. Dual-stream systems provide greater bit rate or increased robustness of the data link.

These antennas support 1 x2, 2x2 and 4x4 channel MIMO systems. They work with any 802.11, WiMax, Wi-Fi, applications and are suitable for ground or airborne installations.

  • Dual-polarity in a single enclosure
  • Airborne rated antenna
  • Various mounting options
  • Optimized within elevation bandwidths
  • Multiple bands available
